All summer activities are included: horse riding, hiking, cookouts, fishing and plain old relaxation in the cool mountain air by the creek, which borders our property.  We also offer overnight horse pack trips.  We promise to have more good cooking than you can eat and don’t worry about going hungry between meals, we’ll have snacks and treats out to keep you happy.  If you have special needs just let us know.  We will do everything we can to accommodate you.  After a day of riding, fishing, hiking or you may like to sit back and relax in our hot tub or sauna.  Your stay with us will be fun and adventurous with plenty of time to relax.  We are very family friendly and want our guest to feel at home.

Thank you for booking your dude ranch vacation with us. We are looking forward to your stay with us this summer. Our payment policy is very simple. We require a 50% down payment for your reservation.

            You will be asked to pay the balance when you arrive here at Medicine Bow Lodge. Then the business part is out of the way, and you can enjoy the reasons that you chose us for your vacation.

            Life happens and we are very aware of circumstances that are out of your control and change your plans. We are a business that depends on cash flows which includes deposits.  90 days prior to your arrival date is the deadline to cancel your reservation. *After that date we do allow you to reschedule your stay with us. We will apply your deposit to your rescheduled stay with us.

            *We understand the money that is invested in your vacation with us. That is why we are highly suggesting you to invest in travel insurance. This insurance will protect you if you have to cancel your trip. We recommend Travel Guard Insurance. You can find them at www.aig.com or call them at 800 385-4839 tracking # 008572
